Airtable San Francisco, CA, USA / Remote
May 09, 2019Short-term Contract
Airtable is an all-in-one collaboration platform used by over 80,000 companies. Airtable is designed to help companies manage their work, in their own way. We're on a mission to empower our customers to design their own unique workflows. We're looking for contract writers with expertise in breaking down complex (ideally technical) topics into clear, approachable educational materials. Writers should have a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, and to write to topics that are unfamiliar by leveraging both internal expert sources and outside secondary research. Familiarity with approaches to process and project management, systems design, organizational change management and/or operational thinking will be especially helpful. Initial projects will focus on long-form educational guides that help customers develop mental models for systems design and collaboration. In addition we have a deep pipeline of other educational materials we're looking to source writers for in the future, ranging from product tutorials to research-driven best practices material in a wide range of different industries and use cases. If you'd like to see some examples of what you could help Airtable build, check out our Getting started with Airtable guide and our Power user's guide ! Please include your resume and 3 writing samples in your application. If you are already an Airtable user, we'd love to hear about some bases you've built.
