Its community now approaches 40,000 members as it continues on its vital mission to ease lawyers’ management burdens and maximize their firm’s performance.   TECHNICAL WRITER   Job Summary Rippe is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our fast paced, growing organization. The Technical Writer is responsible for creating end-user documentation, test scripts for validating our software, and release notes for every software release. You will interact with product SME’s, developers and solution consultants to create straight-forward documentation from examples and general product usage to enable our customers to increase product understanding and provide clarity into specific product operations.   Location: Cincinnati, Ohio   Success in this role means you will:   Work with our internal teams to understand their process and documentation requirements Create content that meets company communication standards Create user tutorials Create software release notes for each monthly release   Competencies: Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and does so in a manner that gains confidence and trust Experience working within a complex, dynamic, fast-paced environment Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools Strong initiative and the ability to rise to a challenge Creativity, ambition, drive and ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Highly organized, detail oriented, responsive and persistent   Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or computer science / equivalent industry experience 3-5 years experience as a Tech Writer or similar role Understanding of accounting and accounting software preferred Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with the SDLC and general software development  Rippe & Kingston recognizes the importance of taking care of our most valuable assets – our employees.
