We are looking for an experienced and motivated technical leader to join the Operational Excellence and Governance team which drives scalability and process improvements across the organization. This role will support the company-wide Global Skilling initiative and will have accountability for the strategic vision and execution of authoring experience. As we expand our audiences and contribution partnerships, we need to evolve our authoring support to make contributing content as easy as writing an email while continuing to build robust automated validation and governance. The role will partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve the authoring experience for dedicated content teams and in the future develop path for infrequent contributors that maintains our validation engine but removes the dependency of having to use a developer workflow and tooling to contribute at scale and maintain content. This role requires being passionate about Customers and using a data-driven approach to collaborate cross-functionally to drive the growth of our technical documentation, interactive training, and solution guidance.
As the leader of the Authoring Experience program, you will need to be technically capable and credible so that you are effective in shaping our team and their ability to help the greater organization scale and drive success for customers. You must possess strong PM skills, be able to influence without authority, and enjoy learning. You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other teams as well as representing your team to executive management.
