The role

We are looking for a part-time contractor to help us level up our documentation and develop processes to keep it great.

We will be looking for you to help us with:

• Updating, organizing, and improving existing customer-facing documentation
• Help us understand documentation gaps and develop strategies to close them
• Make recommendations related to documentation platforms, integrations, and building processes so good documentation and learning is built into our development processes

Logistics

In this role, you would have the option to work remotely from North or South America. As long as you are not located in a country facing US sanctions, we can likely make it work. Our team is spread through US-Eastern and Pacific time zones. We anticipate 25 hours per-month over a 3 month initial engagement.
