NetApp’s Information Engineering (IE) team is the company’s central, shared service for content strategy and operations. Technical writers in IE create documentation for all NetApp products and solutions. As a member of IE, you will write and edit task-based product documentation designed for customers and partners. You will interview subject matter experts and technical staff, conduct research, and translate technically complex information into simple-to-understand content. You will work cross-functionally as a customer-advocate, developing content that simplifies the customer experience and conforms to company standards.
