- You create and maintain innovative technical documentation and tutorials which explain how to use and customise our software solutions for the energy sector
- You coordinate and shape documentation in collaboration with agile development teams and other stakeholders
- You collaborate proactively and independently with our Development, Delivery, Product Management, UX/UI and Marketing departments
- You are in charge to optimise existing documentation and conceptualise new content with a focus on customer and user needs
- You will strengthen a motivated team of technical writers through active feedback and continuous knowledge transfer
- You support the Enablement Team with preparing and realising video-based trainings and workshops
- You are working in English as well as German, French or Spanish
Our requirements

- You have a degree in technical writing, information design, media/communication management or a comparable course of study
- You have several years of experience in software documentation or a related activity in the IT field such as quality assurance, product marketing, business analysis
- You can grasp complex technical concepts and present and communicate them in an understandable and user-oriented manner
- You work in a structured, independent manner with outstanding attention to detail
- You communicate clearly and reliably with internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally, you’ll have a working knowledge of systems such as Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, component content management systems (CCMS) and relevant editorial and graphics applications
- You are not only fluent in English, but also fluent in Spanish or French
