About the Role
We are a rapidly growing team focused on enabling all users to implement industry-relevant and use-case based XM solutions, applying industry best practices, and leveraging new/evolving product capabilities to be successful with our solutions. The Tech Writers are responsible for developing and maintaining a world-class digital-first online help experience. This online help guides users through their daily tasks and teaches them about the concepts available across the entire product suite to maximize their use of the platform.
Our technical writers plan, create, and maintain technical learning content as an integral part of the product launch process and ongoing user experience. The content is often in the form of documentation, but may also be UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material. Regardless of the content medium, technical writers are distinguished by their skill in explaining complex topics in a way that is useful to their audience. This is enabled by their ability to deeply understand complex technical functionality and to collaborate across Product Engineering, Product Management, and UX.

You know how words make a difference from the earliest, strategic design explorations through final positioning and support messaging. You like to evangelize the power of simple, straightforward language, and balance significant long term product goals with short term tactical deliverables.
