StoreConnect is an eCommerce 3.0 solution for Small to Medium Business built on Salesforce. We are the first eCommerce platform to treat our clients time as we do our own. With the motto and philosophy of "Time. Well Spent" we are building an eCommerce platform that is (we've been told) a game changer for our clients.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who dreams about the perfect documentation and tutorial site that helps our clients and partners learn how to implement and use StoreConnect.
As StoreConnect is all about “Time. Well Spent” we want our online resources to provide this as well. We want our users to be able to land on our help website and rapidly find exactly what they need to get their job done. You will be responsible for taking all of our existing help resources and turning them into a thing of beauty.
We understand how powerful good help resources are and need you to help us implement the four key kinds of documentation (tutorials, how to guides, discussions and reference material). You will not only create the help documentation but also help us build and voice tutorial videos as well as create and maintain our online courses for StoreConnect administrator certification.
You should have a good working knowledge of existing eCommerce systems, being able to communicate effectively and clearly on those topics. Some experience with Salesforce would be ideal as our application connects with Salesforce and will be a major component of the help site, however, if you don’t have this, we will train you.
StoreConnect currently has its help website and youtube channel. We are migrating our help website into Salesforce Knowledge so that it is more accessible to our support team and customers in support tickets and you will be responsible to make that happen. We are also building out our certification and training program through a series of online courses built on a training platform. Finally, our youtube channel will continue to grow with the webinars, short how-tos and longer deep dive technical videos that you will create.
What will you be doing?
Develop a comprehensive help site that exceeds industry standards and is the envy of your peers.
Build training and tutorial screen sharing videos for use by our clients and partners.
Obtain a deep understanding of our product and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and easy to follow step by step documents.
Releasing new documentation for new features released on time.
Helping implement and maintain a system to ensure new development or modifications to system behaviour are documented correctly without anything missed.
Take release notes from our developers and turn it into a polished communication to help clients upgrade and move to new versions
Help present our technical webinar series to give deep dives into the product
Write technical tutorials and discussion pieces for publishing online to assist in our PR activities
Evaluate current content, update and improve it so there is consistency with all our help documents.
What do we need from you?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present videos and webinars, or the willingness to learn!
Be able to adapt to the changing needs of a fast growing company
Ability to coordinate across the various departments to get your job done
A strong ability to work independently and get your work done.
The ability to prioritise the many small tasks you will have in your queue to deliver the most bang for buck.

This is a full time, 100% remote work role.
Competitive market salary depending on your skills.
