The Documentation Team is responsible for writing, publishing, and optimizing the documentation that makes Apache Pinot™ and related technologies easy to understand, adopt, and use by developers worldwide. We do that by showing developers how to get started with Pinot and StarTree technologies and building an exhaustive library of recipes and easily consumable reference material explaining them in detail. Since Documentation is a part of the Developer Relations team at StarTree, your mission will be tightly aligned with the broader DevRel goal of making it easy and fun to adopt Pinot, and earning the love of the developers who make the choice to try it out.   As lead, you will provide vision for StarTree's documentation effort (including Pinot and StarTree-specific things), translate team goals into specific projects for your team, help your team clear obstacles, and help them tend actively to their own professional growth.
